We've been "Middle Red" all morning. (The DSL modem has 3 LED's: Top is "Internal Diagnostics", Middle is "Internet Connection", & the Bottom is "LAN Connection".) I called up AT&T this morning after I woke up & asked them "Is this was going to be a regular occurrence on this circuit, or should we nip-this-in-the-bud BEFORE it pisses me off enough to file formal charges AGAIN?" They promised to get a Tech out first thing Monday, but then the problem "mysteriously self corrected" about ten minutes ago. (Growls angrily) I've decided to keep a log of the outages, and if it gets too long, I'll B5-slap them with it & CC a copy to the Attorney General's Office again. (Sighs)
