No good deed goes unpunished. by Phoon2008-01-20 10:27:20
Save your money. Hopefully you can move out soon. (n/t) by lab rat2008-01-20 10:34:42
Realistically speaking, how much does it cost by Phoon2008-01-20 10:42:18
All depends. When I move to Pensacola by lab rat 2008-01-20 11:07:56
I only had to pay a pet deposit and a prorated rent for the rest of the month. (There were only 8 days left)
Some of my furniture was fine. Dinner table. Dresser. Night table. Buffet. Dinner table. Bunch of small tables.

I did need to buy a bed (full size)about $550-$600. New sofa $700. Recliner around $400. Couple of desks and shelves. Extra chairs. TV stands. New TV. I had to buy a whole bunch of kitchen items as I was unsure when I would be able to retrieve my stuff. New washing machine. My dryer only needed a minor repair. Then there were all the other things I like to have for that homey look.

Of course you may not need or want all of that kind of stuff.
Start off with necessities. Bed, sofa, chair, dinner table, kitchen stuff. Couple of lamps. Try to focus on what needs you have and work toward that. It's in your power to move on.
