I pasted your replies into our office chat and he's been working furiously. It's all greek to me, as long as I get my reports I'm happy. :) I know there are probably better ways to do these reports, but this is a call center and we're limited to the equipment and programs provided to us. Again - thanks for the quick response. I delurk very infrequently and appreciate the help.
