I take it that you've never had "sun tea?" Take your tea, soak it for several hours in cold to room temperature water in a glass container in direct sunlight. Remove tea, add ice, and enjoy!

Sun tea can be made with any of the finest teas, though Wulong to White are best as their mellow flavors go very well with a hot summer/topical evening. And, while Lipton is a joke IMHO, they do make an excellent iced sweet-tea.
