First task is usually a proof-print to make sure the colors are as expected, then a cycle of approvals, redesigns and reprints. Then finally the printing. And I assume there are other clients in queue as well, so there can be an additional delay. Then shipping back to client, and then posting. Or whatever the procedure is in justncase's company.
