In the netherlands, we have a chain of (n)-th hand bookstores, that basically sell every type and genre of book. (Size of the store and successrate are more or less equal) but name it and I've seen it there.. Some of the stuff in there is almost (or not QUITE almost even) arcane. There's books in there that aren't written anymore in these days. I pulled my copy of Heinlein's Starship troopers there, but also cool books about the mathematical approach to Neural networks, old stuff about arcane technologies (radio tubes. :P ) and so on, and so on. I never leave those stores without spending at least 50 Euro's. (I never enter them unless I'm sure I have that much to spend.. :P )
