You could try "customer service" for a small local council. I've had a "female" at the counter telling me LOUDLY that the water tastes like S4 and refusing to either quiet down or be more specific. Even asking her how she knew what S4 tastes like didn't quiet her. Or the little old lady (lol) coming in to ask for council to replace her phone. Nope we are not the telco. Or the woman who had surrendered her dangerous dog to council because she and her bf couldn't keep it off the street and it kept attacking people. She came in wanting a last visit with her dog and when refused went down to the pound and got up a tree and had to be talked down after she had tied a piece of wire to the tree and wrapped it around her neck.
