Do what they do here, don't give the operations people access to anything. Heck, while you are at it - take away some of of the operations access so they can't do their jobs efficiently. Why should the analysts use the power of SQL when Access is a much better way of gathering the data for reports the V.P.s and CEO are asking for quickly. Afterall, anyone outside of IT is a complete idiot that does not know anything about computers, networking or <gasp!>SQL. We are too stupid to google what we need or to even understand a book that helps us learn on the job what to do to get what we need. </sarcasm> -schwing1 < a.k.a - Operations Monkey/Analyst
