I need a free tool to rotate a PDF file. by Esteis 2008-01-17 01:45:10
Scanner-copier scanned a document and e-mailed it to me, but upside-down. Can't feed the pages the other way around, because the perforations might catch. I'd like to rotate it the right way round before I put it in the central repository.

PDFtk doesn't work, alas; and ImageMagick requires admin rights for installation. Any tips?
