... that there are idiots who would call the ISP helpdesk for that? Believe me, people call for the weirdest reasons to the helpdesk, if only to ask about how to change font type in Word, because they are the helpdesk, aren't they? For many of these people the ISP is responsible for everything they do on their computer. Same as with the helpdesks of Dell and the likes getting phone calls from people asking them when their Internet connection is finally working.
