Last week I had a guy call me up who had installed a program that messed up the resolution on his screen. So I had to walk him through how to fix it. Then later that afternoon, he'd screwed it up again and had forgotten how to adjust his res... Then there was the guy (client's so-called in-house tech), who I had to walk through creating a filter rule in Outlook, each and every pain-staking step...twice...in a row...because he's incapable of connecting the dots on his own.
