Unless something changes, I think the closest we'll see to a third candidate is Ron Paul. And, from what I've heard about him, he seems to be very strongly on the libertarian right...which, personally, scares me to no end...
With Richardson out (and I mostly liked him for his foreign policy credentials), I can't think of any candidate who I could really support. I think it's going to be another "vote for the lesser of two evils" election, unless Cthulhu comes in (joking)... |
