I want an inexpensive but good panini grill. It should at least have temperature control. Unfortunately I can't find anything in stores, just online, with the exception of something really expensive at Williams-Sonoma. I don't like buying things like this without physically seeing them first but I may have to make an exception for this one. I'm looking at a Haier Professional Panini Grill which is available from Target.com for only $49.99 (Target, Haier).
