Aberdeen,MD is roughly 7,000 (including the military base population)

Edgewood is about 10k

Edgewood is where the gangs do a lot of recruiting. (5-7 years ago they (the cripts) were actively spreading pamphets at schools(as it is central to Baltimore and Philly) and is considered safe because of a small ill prepared police department. And out side of City police authority and outside of State police authority.

Maryland has over 300 murders per year just in Baltimore, Harford county gets between 10 and 20.
