I would also require the letter of the 1st amendment be followed.
I would bust up media corporations as harshly as possible. (Monopolies on broadcast media and Newspapers would be prohibited)
NBC ABC CBS and Fox would get busted up into their components off the bat.
THEN I would start with reporters who are irresponsible and who print heresy and don't check their facts.
