Survey: How do you interpret the saying by kyrasantae2008-01-15 07:44:17

(and still do) was wondering whether her "home" is here (where she lives) or in china (where she was born). The notion we settled to was "Home is where you're loved", i.e. those who love you make you be at home.

Thinking about it, this implies that those who really love themselves are at home wherever their hat hangs.

"Where the heart is" would be more like "where you love to be", which I would like to contrast with "where you would like to be". This isn't necessarily to be interpretated as a spacial location.
