I (luckily?) never really worked a "helpdesk" since I was tier 2 or 3 support most of the time except my first IT job where I was the whole department. I find that even at my job now there's lots of things that make you want to hit your head against something hard, and you just need ways to vent. I take a little walk around the cube farm, peek out the windows as I go and just that 2 minute "break" lets me keep going. I know if you're on a helldesk you're likely tethered to the phone except for designated breaks so I'm not sure what to suggest, just that ya need something. =) Jay
