and odds are that they had to get past the casting couch somewhere along the line, so they are less likely to object to manhandling (especially when it's in the script, which is very likely to have been written by a man). I didn't think you were interested in females. Oftentimes, you can test the waters by simply moving into her personal space with a hand or arm next to her (maybe even touching), and see how she reacts to that contact.
