that was involved. Of course so were 3 or 4 rum runners, a buttery nipple, and a number of assorted shots. That night my co-worker and I (we were out of town) should have had a bar tab of well over $100 each - just for the bar, not counting our dinners. We only paid for our dinners - just after we ordered, a manager we knew (yes, we were in that location that often) came on duty at the bar. he didn't put anything else on our tab the rest of the night.
That was the ONLY time I ever had a hangover. I could almost walk across the parking lot to the hotel. The next morning, it took me 2 hours to get out of bed, dressed and into the hotel lobby. I didn't have much more than some water until lunch. I wasn't even certain that would stay down. |
