It's not actually a single joint, there are many joints in the wrist. It's made of several bones; so the answer isn't as obvious as it may sound. OTOH: she was answering a 1st grade question. She obviously didn't know how to dumb down her answer to the question. You'd think a deans-list student would know how to take tests.
