What the article doesn't mention is that according to the same document they cited, the B.H. Carroll Theological Institute already has the ability to grant degrees, and is seeking to add more degrees to its program.

I suspect other religious institutions are certified to grant degrees as well. But at least these other schools (afaict) aren't making any claims to science education.
