called Polly which just happens to serve various Absinthes. Good Absinthe is quite an experience to drink (provided that it is served in the correct fashion ;o) ), not for people who don't like Aniseed though. Don't know what the US's import regulations on alcohol are but it can be purchased direct from the manufacturer Here should you wish to try it at some stage in the future.
