OO can be a bit iffy on formatting especially if you're moving to/from M$ Word but it's usually OK by itself. Unless there's a specific requirement for the format of electronic submission I use OO's Export to PDF, or if it's dead tree submission I use Export to PDF on my lappy, open the PDF on a Uni computer and print from there.
