hat "unpatch" IE when they load up. So even if you have patched it, and it shows up on Windows Update or Microsoft Update or whatever as being patched, and it shows up to every scanning program in existence as patched (because the DLLs and whatnot on disk have been), it won't be if someone tries to use one of these MDAC or ANI exploits on you.
