On Putting Leftovers in the Fridge by Snate 2007-11-29 14:06:51
Should leftovers be left out until cool before being placed in the fridge or can they be placed in the fridge while still warm.
I've you should wait until they are cool but I don't know why. It seems like that would less safe than just placing them in the fridge as soon as you are done with them.
