eyes clear Sorry about that. I'm on the board, and trying to convince 300 people that they need to approve a 17% dues increase is making me crazy. We will do 3% at minimum, as that is all we can do without a special vote. Why 17%? Because we need to make deposits to the reeserve funds. We paid for a reserve study and ignored it. We have only been making about 25% of the deposits it recommended for the past 2 yrs. In order to meet the suggested deposits, we need a 17% increase. It's $12 a month. These people really annoy me. I don't think it will pass. The meeting is on the 18th, and we have received ONE proxy so far. Maybe everyone is going to show up in person to vote yes?
