If you can have the package to the UPS center at the Atlanta airport by 3:00 PM, it will get there at 10:45 PM local time in San Francisco this evening. The service is called "UPS Express Critical", and when you get a quote on UPS' website, it should have a "Get UPS Express Critical Quote" link in place of an actual total, which gives you a few options. (Because "UPS Express Critical" sometimes just buys your package its own commercial airline ticket, it shows you various options.) Note that it will only give you such a quote if you ask for dropoff "today" or "tomorrow", since they can't even give quotes more than one day in advance.
