Your white blood cells use Ionic silver and Zinc to kill invaders, and the vitamin-C will help carry away waste as your body fights the infection. The Garlic is a mild natural antibiotic. Ecenacia and goldenseal can also help boost the immune system but some people have their heart rate speed up when taking them so be careful. IANAD.
