I agree not by Iran, or any middle eastern country.... They don't have the means to do it.

If you are saying the USA has space based weapons, I am sure their in breach of a treaty they signed..... Something the rest of the would would not be happy about....

But no matter what, nukes are only good if you are the aggressor, and take the first strike before the attack has started.. The USA cannot politically use nukes first...

If your already invaded, what good does dropping bombs on another country do?
