and then they don't work quite well and you find out that it didn't work for them eighter but they just presented the data nicely... leaving out the error bars and such.

And a shot of something strongish please... boss just came by and announced that the decision about 'my' project will be postphoned until January. And that the chemisty people are trying to steal all out lab space in the new place!!
