building 3D websites, that are about as easy as HTML: VRML. I'm not completly sure whether it's still up to date, but the plugIn for it still works for even Vista machines. (I can tell, I have one. :P) VRML has its own markup language for designing 3D environments and it's not a compiled language. If you're going to look for it, Find the 'Cortona' plugin.
