...you can't do it when the computer is in use. Servers can handle multiple users at once (terminal services), but not WinXP or Win2k. I noticed that Vista can handle multiple users logged in even when on domain (WinXP can only do that in workgroups), but even then it will only support one active session at a time, meaning the other user will get locked out in the meanwhile. Perfectly useless for laptops which are either in use or not on the network.
