...you can't do it when the computer is in use. Servers can handle multiple users at once (terminal services), but not WinXP or Win2k. I noticed that Vista can handle multiple users logged in even when on domain (WinXP can only do that in workgroups), but even then it will only support *one* active session at a time, meaning the other user will get locked out in the meanwhile.

Perfectly useless for laptops which are either in use or not on the network.
