Do not dwell on the fact that he is gone, but dwell on the things you did while he was there. My grandma is gone, but when i think of her all I can really think about is what we did together when she was alive. As long as I have those memories, she is never really gone. I may never get a new memory of her, but the old ones are great ones and they get me though just fine. I do miss her, but every time i think about her I cannot help but laugh at some memory that turns up.
