Unionise? Especially if she's only paying half the going rate, it seems to me like some hard negotiation is in order. (If you do form a union, the trick is to not get greedy. The Dutch models has served quite well: leaders of companies, unions, and government get together, and negotiate a collective contract that benefits the workers and the companies, as well as 'the economic conjuncture'.) |
