| seasonal employee/employer/NLRA question |

in the usa:
seasonal employment, employ at will state, employees negotiate for more $ (to half going rate for that skill set) and are told ok.
manager then tries to hire others at new rate to replace old crew.
new folks say they're not stealing their friends jobs.
manager tells folks that their future employment is endangered by their request, not only in current job, but for future rehiring (annual seasonal job)
isn't negotiating wage increases a federally protected item that can't be used against you? |
