Splitting Microsoft by Snate2007-10-22 14:16:43
Where does IE belong? by SlyW 2007-10-22 14:37:21
Is it part of the OS? If not, could the OS group reasonably make it a core piece as was attempted sometime around 98? Or, more to the point, simply deliver the rendering engine as part of the OS and leave it up to the other MS to create a shell which hooks into it?
