At 10oC (50oF) Californians shiver uncontrollably. Canadians plant gardens.
At 2oC (35oF) Italian cars won't start. Canadians drive with the windows down.
At 0oC (32oF) American water freezes. Canadian water gets thicker.
At -18oC (0oF) New York City landlords finally turn on the heat. Canadians have the last cookout of the season.
At -21oC (-6oF) Americans call in sick because the car door sticks. Canadians leave the car home so they can enjoy the sunshine.
At -51oC (160oF) Mt. St-Helens freezes. Canadian Girl Guides sell cookies door-to-door.
At -73oC (-100oF) ethyl alchohol freezes. jeff_uk gets frustrated when he can't thaw the keg.
-273oC (-460oF) is absolute zero; all atomic motion stops. Canadians start saying "Cold, eh?"
At -295oC (-500oF) hell freezes over. The Toronto Maple Leafs win the Stanley Cup.
