It sounds interesting, though I might go another way than the 2 liter bottle method, as I know for certain that I won't be able to monitor it every day. I suppose the secondary fermentation can also take place in a fermenting jug with a valve. I think I should be able to get some good yeast and equipment, as homebrewing of both wine and beer has become very popular in Denmark. I'm more interested in making mead and cider, though, as it's harder to come by.
