How to dispose of old knives? by Hieraco 2007-10-22 08:39:22
I have a bunch (about 10) old knives that I found in my Father-in-Law's tool box. These knives are old and rusty industrial knives (for opening boxes and such) there is no sheaths for them. I'd like to just chuck them, but am apprehensive for both the risk of injury to the garbage men, and the obvious weapon potential (I live in the low income part of the city)

any (practical) suggestions on how to dispose of them?
