Put a welding rod with a shop-rag tied to it through an insulated steel overhead door at ~30 yards with one - only reason the rod didn't go all the way through was the shop-rag... Basically an 8-foot-long piece of 3/4" i.d. steel pipe with an old-style (non-OSHA) air blower valve connected to one end. Connect 120psi, blip the lever - WHAP!
