include someone walking up and using your hose bib to water their lawn, which is inaccurate. more accurate would be your sprinkler is watering the street too, so they park their car there and wash it. yes they're using something you're paying for, but you're throwing it out for anyone to use. now even if it's WAP, cracking a secure connection is naughty, and is theft, as it is implied security just like that yale on your door is marginally more secure than your window to a brick.
