My latest information is that the U.S. Congress	by RoraJoey	2007-10-08 15:50:18
had passed (or are working on) legislation to specify that paramilitary forces like Blackwater are subject to prosecution under the U.S. civil court system. I also did hear that an Iraqi investigation of the incident had determined that they unlawfully fired on civilians without provocation, and they recommended prosecution.
