The son of a friend's girlfriend has reportedly stated that he will never pay for internet access again, as he can find enough open hotspots to connect whenever he wants.

When it's couched in terms like that, it really makes me think of it as theft of service. He knows it's something he should be paying for, he doesn't want to, so he actively searches for open spots to get online.

Why should he be rewarded for being a tightwad?
