...in the case of not knowing whose it is is to not use it. Just because we can't ask, for whatever reason, doesn't give us the right to assume the answer is "yes." That's the crux of my argument in all of this. It's awfully arrogant to make whatever assumption is most convenient to us, and that's precisely what WiFi leeches do.
