Especially if done willfully (a lot of people might set up a wireless router, get a laptop with wireless, and then connect to their neighbor becuase they are idiots.)

WRT to you saying no, I wonder, if it were possible with electricity, which has similar provider-client relationships, and it could be argued similar "unused capacity" in terms of the difference between how much can be transferred and how much is, if I could set something up in my house to "leech" electricity from yours without running an extension cord, to power my stuff, would that be OK?
