actually, I can't say I'm _that_ against it... This guy, he takes something that isn't his to take, just walks off with it, and shoves somebody who tries to stop him? What a jerk. I agree with the prosecutor, it isn't the monetary value of this particular object, it is the principle of the thing. And apparently he has a criminal past, yeah, sounds like society would be better off without him in it. They probably can't go for the death penalty, though.
