Turkey Day in Canada - What's in *your* stuffing? by DrDeisel 2007-10-08 09:32:55
Mine is a non-traditional bread stuffing. I use multi-grain bread and add celery and onions sauteed in butter, dried cranberries, pine nuts, lots of thyme, sage, savoury and rosemary. Just enough broth to moisten sightly.
