This weekend I had to sign and send a contract for my startersloan (last hurdle to get my house, I hope). And I had placed it in the post office box on Sunday before they were emptied. And normally it's at the place of destination on the next day. But in my case, all MY letters/other postages are at least a day later. At least these companies tell me that. "Yes, we haven't received your letter yet. Must be the postal services running late."
Bull s4! You are just too incompetent to deal with these letters.
But I'm powerless to do anything else, I can't send it by recorded delivery, because all of these companies hide behind a PO box. :(
All I can do is wait... and I hate that feeling. Moreso because I've been waiting for the past 2 and a half, nearly 3, months.
Very expensive lesson to have learned. It has cost me my patience and sleep. Not to mention the increased stress levels, and reduced productivity at work. |
