  Run the IIS logs and see who hit that by Classic_Jon 2007-10-05 16:31:00
site each day. Then after you have done that look to see who did what on the site. That should at least give you a place to start looking. The IIS logs in conjunction with the server security logs should tell you about 90% of what you need to know. The "hacker" probably has a back door installed by now and has the server owned or at least that website. You might also have them disable FTP unless asked by you until you can get a handle on things.

I help out with some webservers at a sister company and have had to shut down several websites and have them changed so that people can't hack them and keep my servers as secure as possible.
