When is haloween celebrated? by Fighter2007-10-05 06:00:34
There are some exceptions, but Halloween is by RoraJoey 2007-10-05 15:59:26
almost always celebrated on October 31. It's always marked as such on our calendars, but some communities, in deference to dominant religious populations, will "schedule" Halloween celebrations on a Saturday or Monday if the 31st happens to fall on a Sunday. This year it falls on a Wednesday, so there should be no such alterations.

Random Factoid: October 31 is an official holiday in Nevada, because it happens to be the state's "birthday" (the date it was adopted into the union).
